We purchase this Geek Squad plan every year, and have had to use it numerous times! Comes in really handy, if you have any problems with the items that are covered under your plan!

I bought the extra protection to be on the safe side just incase the tv broke after the manufacture warranty ran out.

Add to every tv purchase. I have never been let down.

We bought the 5 year protection plan to make sure our TVs will be taken care of in the event it stops working properly.

I can't not give Geek Squad a good review. They are very knowledgeable and just awesome!

So far no complaints with purchasing the geek squad

70 bucks for 5 year protection on my tv. If something happens they'll come here and fix it. Or deliver a brand new one. Thank you to the employee who offered it to me.

This warranty is a must because I had to have my 4K Sony traded out after three years because the television died. But they were quick to set up the 2017 model.

The Geek Squad got me all set-up and listened to all of my questions an concerns. My rep (Darnell) was very helpful and even carried the TV out to my truck. Very cool!

I tried to get geek squad on any electronic that I buy for better protection and it never lets me down

It's a great Samsung television.. I had it for a few months and I have not had any problems with the unit.. it has a great resolution

What I love about Best Buy if you don't have the money to pay for Geek Squad at the time of purchase you can always come back within 14 days and purchase it

Ive used the greek squad for my lap top computer. The service was great & the staff was knowledgeable and respectful.

Is always good to have the insurance. It sure what’s going to happen but if something happens the TV will be insured

I would definitely purchase again. I got it for an incredible deal on here subs almost too loud for the living room.

What's not to like? Best Buy will either fix or replace my open box LED TV, for $30 for 5 years Geek Squad protection. That's a little over 1 1/2 cents per day!

Haven't had to use this service yet but for the minimal cost and piece of mind, it's a no brainer.
