Convenient, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

For all my tvs over 40 inches, I always invest in a warranty. So far the warranty has been a life saver. I love the fact that Geek squad will repair tv 40 inches and over in home. They will 1st troubleshoot with you. If problem still persist. They will order parts to your home. They will come and work on tv at home. If they can't fix tv, they will offer you another tv. If tv is not available, they will upgrade you to next available one.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair, I purchased a 50 inch TV and almost 2 years ago and I thought that if I had an issue with it, but when I called about it they said that due to the size I qualified for in home service. The rep who came was very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions too. I plan to renew my extended warranty with Best Buy and I am happy that Best Buy now keeps a record of all of my purchases so I don't have to keep track of a faded receipt to make a claim on my extended warranty. I also got one for my sound bar and because they didn't have that particular type they said that they they will give me the next upgraded version of what I had.

The thought of not having peace of mind is crazy. I value this type of support.

But where is my code to use for my free 2 month apple tv subscription?!

So we got this after debating several monitor choices for our new PC, and I'm so glad I decided to grab this. It's great for gaming, okay for office work, incredible for watching shows and movies. It's only 42 inches, which is small for me for movies, but the quality is out of this world. I usually go for soundbars/speakers right away but I found the built in speakers to be manageable for now. Love it!

I will not make a purchase at Best Buy for any major products without buying the protection plan. I have replaced a TV before and a refrigerator multiple times. One thing I like about the protection plan is they will come out to your home and repair your items but if it's going to cost too much to repair it there go ahead and give you a gift card or allow you to exchange it for something else. Just so happened this time I was able to exchange it for a cheaper refrigerator because it was Black Friday so I was able to use the extra money left over to purchase a TV. Do not purchase anything without buying a protection plan. There's nothing better than knowing that your items are going to be working for the next 5 years. In my opinion as many items that I purchased as you can see I'm Elite Plus, items are not made like they used to and without protection, i would be out of thousands of dollars.

All I can say is one word. Phenomenal! Geek squad workers get the job done and are very courteous. They solved my problem in a fast, diligent, and timely manner. The questions I asked and the answers I got were very well satisfied to me. Best Buy has a customer for life. Geek squad members are a credit to their profession. Getting a hold of someone to help is a chore. Within a month of buying our new TV set it started acting up. When you call for assistance you’re calling out if the country. I don’t care about that , it’s just that when you can’t understand the person you’re taking to and your request to be transferred to The USA and get ignored, that’s frustrating . I believe the person on the other end is trying to help but then refusing my request is disrespectful . I went to the Best Buy near me and they would not take a service request, they said I had to call it in.

I always get a warranty from bestbuy on big ticket items, and i defenitly feel better about my purchase.
