I have always had excellent service with anything ive ever needed from geek squad.

All I can say is one word. Phenomenal! Geek squad workers get the job done and are very courteous. They solved my problem in a fast, diligent, and timely manner. The questions I asked and the answers I got were very well satisfied to me. Best Buy has a customer for life. Geek squad members are a credit to their profession. Kudos and 5 stars to the Geek squad.

The agent were very helpful and installed the tv with no issues

TV got here safe and sound without any breaks in the display.

This protection was helpful but not in all the ways i thought. Some items don't qualify and that's not what i thought when i purchased. Now i buy individual protection for each item, it's easier to understand. The services are pricy so i never sought them out.

The Geek squad was very nice and made sure that I received another Television and I love the quality of my new TV

The Geek Squad agent I had at my house when my old tv died was so nice, really knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He answered all my questions about my old tv and more. When there was no hope for the mother board since the tv was 10 years old, he broke the news to me gently and did not try to sell me anything new. Then, of course, I wanted to hear about new tvs! The Geek Squad agent told me what he recommended and I was then really excited to go out to Best Buy and get a new tv since the prices have really come down in the last 10 years. I hate to buy anything unless I need it, so the Geek Squad agent explained all of my options before he would fix my old tv. It was obvious that the motto was "The King is Dead...Long Live the King" as in - the old one had to go and I had to buy a new tv. My purchase experience at Best Buy for the new tv was also really terrific. I did not feel rushed, the agents at the store, like the one who did my home visit, were professional, really patient and super knowledgeable. Thank you, Best Buy! Really appreciate you in the Tech World explaining things to me since I would not have known anything about old or new tvs w/o your Geek Squad agents. They are really well-trained and helpful.

Absolutely required to get the warranty. Better be safe.

Hard to beat coverage and ease of use. Come in handy a few times.

I am loyal to Samsung TVs never had an issue until this tv made a pop noise and went out. The motherboard was out of stock since this size is no longer sold and BB Geek Squad replaced it. I like the Geek Squad but had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and another week for an ordered part that was cancelled just to replace the unit. I will not be purchasing the warranty on the new unit due to this, as I have additional insurance for all electronics in my home. Do better Geek Squad!

I thought I has a problem so I called and they came and even though problem was operator error they were very nice about it and made sure I knew how to use it. THANKS GEEK SQUAD!

I have quite a few 5-year warranties I'm so far I will say that they have done me pretty good. My LG C1 had issues they came and fixed it no problem. I also have it for my 65-inch LG C3 and an 48-Inch LG B4. I hope to not have to use it and I hope that if I do have to but I won't have any problems. So as for now it's a four-star rating

I bought a washing machine 4 years ago. I had a 5 year warranty.That came out and repaired it.No questions asked replace the computer bored thank you

Worth every penny. The Geek Squad folks are great at diagnosing the problem and walking you through fixing it either through online chat or by phone. If you have to take the item in for repair, they offer convenient appointments.

Pretty good price for 5 years of protection. Cant complain

I’d gotten this warranty with a brand new tv, and when we hired someone (not from Best Buy) to mount the tv on the wall, he broke it. It was literally two weeks old. The warranty doesn’t cover damages, but when I called Geek Squad to ask whether I could transfer the warranty to the new tv I was going to have to buy, they made an exception for me due to my unfortunate circumstance and told me they’d replace my entire tv. I was so shocked and blown away because I didn’t expect that at all and was fully preparing to buy another tv. The customer service is the best I’ve encountered and it’s absolutely worth it to buy the warranty.

Love the Geek Squad. I have never been disappointed with anyone they have sent to the house. They are very knowledgeable and courteous.
