If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it

Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

Had an issue with a new tv, nothing to do with Best Buy, from the factory. They were very responsive and reliable. Very helpful and reactive. Glad I paid for the service.

Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

Always comes thru and perfect support because last year I had a problem with my 60" TV and they ordered the replacement screen at no cost - otherwise it would have been over $1200! Another problem a year later - and because of the on going problems - they stuck by their service and gave me full replacement cost I got the 65" same TV on sale for same as I got the 60" last year! Always on time and polite and explaining everything.

It’s always a good idea to purchase this added services when purchasing electronics. I was so grateful that I did purchase it. When my television went out it was replaced right WY.

I purchased the protection not actually thinking I'll ever use it, but when I had to use it I was pleased to see that it was worth the cost. My TV went down and after the Geek Squad came out I literally was given credit to get another TV, no questions asked.

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

I have used Geek Squad protection for several years. I have always had a pleasant experience. The knowledge and professionalism is what keeps my satisfaction with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Highly recommended if they cant fix it they'll credit you and you can get the same item or better! pay the difference stepup and dont forget to continue the plan its Elite definitely top notch protection you should not go without.....

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

I had a TCL TV that needed service done and ended having to get a replacement. I'm so glad I had the protection plan, they replaced my TV with a new one, which was a newer model. The one "downfall" is they give you credit for the current value of the TV instead of the price one paid for the product. Besides that the service was excellent and very professional.

This service is great because you don’t know when you could need to use it! I bought a TV and my son damaged the TV control and I had to use this guarantee.

Best chioce if you have kids in your home..they cover all major issues and breakage

I've been buying products at Best Buy since 2006 from laptops...to tablets....Cameras... to TV and Ring home security cameras...Their protection plan is the only one I buy for products bc when something doesnt work they Fix it right away and can bring some items to store like tablets or laptops...while at other stores all items need to be shipped out for fixing

LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS
