I think the investment in this protection plan will be worth it.

Love this television will definitely buy again but over time im starting to see black blemishes I the background and also when the tv is off.

Have never had to use Geek Squad, yet. Hope I don't have to.

Bought TV with geeksquad protection. TV developed some issues that the screen became so dim that even with the room lights off, you cannot see the content on the screen. Called geek squad, and someone was sent to check the TV, a repair was ordered but 2 months after, nothing was done. I reached out, and for two consecutive days of calling, i was being transferred from one person to another person with each providing conflicting information. One said replacement has been ordered, the other said it cannot be replaced. For an item paid for, and 5year protection plan. Geeksquad Service is a disaster, I spent money to purchase it and energy to get the service, and psycological stress for being fed conflicting information by Geeksquad team members.

If I had purchased this with my 1st tv, I wouldn't have had to fight with the manufacturer for a refund when my TCL went out after 3 months. Haven't had to use this one yet, and hopefully I won't. That's why the 3 star rating

The computer worked fine and several months into having it… it started to work really slow… mind you I don’t be on the computer much as I use my phone most of the time.. the sound even went out, so I’m not really happy with this item

Not quite sure I am convinced these are worth the cost. In 2 cases over the last 15 years have I ever used one and it wasn't really worth it. The product was outdated and I simply chose to upgrade to the newer version.

Great to have if your tv goes out at four years like one of our old one did...but if you somehow damage your tv getting it back to the store after it goes out then it voids your warranty. This warranty does NOT cover damage. Be careful.

The charge shows on my sales slip but no paperwork showing what is covered and other info. I thought it might arrive later in the mail - no such luck. What did I buy?????

TV stopped working after one year. I had the 5 year "protection" plan that should have repaired or replaced my TV free of charge. They offered me store credit less than the value of the replacement.

Have not had to use it yet so I cannot tell for sure how this will work out, if you know what I mean. But if the tv breaks down than I will be using it.

You're better safe than sorry might as well have it if something goes wrong

Returned the tv. My brother wasnt happy with the c350 series tv. He wants the m550 series with the built in hands free alexa.

Jury is still out on this service. I was told it would add 2 years to the mfg warranty, but not sure about that.

Price is high, but for 2 years I guess it’s good. I cannot take a picture of a warranty.

I bought this plan because the sales person told me it co era accidental dams he, I figured why not because I was buying a new tv and with kids to be on the safe side well let’s say I’m paying for a tv and the accidental coverage that won’t fix it....

It’s always nice to have extra protection for your electronic devices so I purchased this extended warranty from Best Buy haven’t had to use it yet hopefully they will back up their products if something goes wrong.
