I have not used the Geek Squad on this tv yet but I have on past purchases and have always been pleased. That is why I bought the service for this TV.

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

They are very helpful. Always know exactly what to do and get the problem solved.

I live my total Tech Geek Squad plan. Whenever I have a question or need help with any of my devices BB Geek Squad is always there to help me. TV's, Tablets, Desk Top, and even my cell phone. They can fix it all! I wouldn't be without this plan!

After the bad experience i had with my first tv i brought from best buy i almost didn't buy another one.

I've been running the LG - 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for about a year and a half now and I'm still impressed. It just looks amazing. Not since I bought a plasma TV have I been this impressed.

Worth it, no matter what product you purchase. Best buy is the only one who covers burn-in.

So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.

Have yet to use it, and I hope I don't have to! My TV arrived in great condition and I am barely home to use it, so hopefully I won't ever break it! It's there for peace of mind
