It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

Got the plan and used it on a computer that got damaged by water spill by my kid. They allow you to replace it or get money back.

A pretty good product protection plan. Worth the extra money so you don't have to worry about replacing your product and costing you full price again.

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

I've had the Geek Squad protection ever since I bought my last PC and keep renewing it when due. I don't use it very often but it has really paid off to have it when I did need it. They always have the answer!

I would recommend getting the geek squad warranty if you’re purchasing a computer for your son or daughter basically covers a new one if something happens to it if anything is spelled on it . it’s dropped or ran over by the car Lol

This is another big advantage to have if anything happens to your product you can take it back,have it looked at with no problems. I enjoy using this it's extremely helpful but also protects the items you purchase.
