I love Geek Squad. Geek Squad has always been helpful with all of my devices. I don't let anyone else touch any of my electronics. I am glad to have Geek Squad services for all of my electronics.

The purchase price of my TV was so good that I was concerned about the quality. This coverage gave me peace of mind and eliminated my concerns because I know if any problem arises it'll be taken care of and the cost of a protection is very competitive.

Had to get it when I purchased a Laptop and it started acting up less than a year after purchase, plus The Geek squad said the laptop was too old, so I decided to get this service, just in case something goes wrong and they can fix it.

We haven't had to use it yet but are very glad to have it. It was the reason we chose Best Buy.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Have used the Geek Squad twice since I bought it. Both times for installation of appliances. Men are very professional and respectful of COVID-19.. Great job installing and will use them again.

Did not blink in wanting to include this with my new purchase of my washer & dryer combo. the cost of parts and labor is unreal if something breaks, so I have peace of mind.

I would not ever purchase a TV without the geek squad cover They are very professional and prompt if they can not repair it they replace it - it is very comforting to have that security on your purchases.

everytime I buy expensive devides i get the protection plan its a good safety nest. Ive had a tv break on me after few years and got my money back to go towards a new one.

Best buy extended warranty’s are straight forward and easy to use when something breaks.
