Followed up . Great service I know is there if I need them

Haven't had to use this, but in my opinion it is worth the money.

By us investing in the geek squad 5 year warranty will give us some piece of mind .

I bought a TV for my bedroom and thought it was best to get the protection plan. I haven't used it yet, but the coverage is great.

Hoping we won’t need the added protection but at this price why wouldn’t you add it!

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

My tv is broken and it needto be fixed it had a big line on the screen how can it get it fix
