Amazing service I love shopping with Best Buy they made my shopping spree very nice

I add the GSP or GSPR plans to just about every item I buy that offers them. At worst it is like a cheap insurance plan for my new item that I don't wind up using because the item held up great. At best they are there should something go wrong and I don't have to pay the full cost of a repair or replacement out of pocket.

Such a great deal! Five years of protection for our new 50" Insignia 4K TV with Amazon Fire HD built-in. We got a very decent price. When you pay $300 for a 50" 4K TV with a streamer and a whopping five year warranty, it is a deal! So using my own personal experience, if a TV lasts five years or more, it's paid for it's self. This warranty is a good deal to cover my cheap TV deal!

Have used this service several times for my computers and have had great success in resolving my issues that I have had with them. Using the remote service was great as I did not have to take my lab top in and wait for days before getting it back as the problem was able to be resolved remotely. Service is well worth the cost if you only use it a couple times.

Geek squad is a must if purchasing electronics it really is a life saver if anything unexpected happens!!

Exceptional service provided by the Geek Squad. Best Buy is my go to for all electronics. They provide great customer service, products and prices.

GS agents were patient, efficient, and made me feel confident they knew what I needed to get up and running with my system. My old laptop had 10+ years of family photos, professional files and my financial records. The device was dying a painful death but GS transferred all fills to new device.

This very much helps a lot when you have big purchases. You need to protect your products at all times and geek. Squad protection is very helpful.

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! Geek Squad always helps me! If you are just joining, you need understand that you have to make an appointment - in store and / or online. It is generally quick, but not instantaneous. I greatly appreciate their help with my technological problems. It is a great weight off of my shoulders to belong and not have to worry about how to get a repair done. Many times they can help remotely.

Always recommend coverage for what you buy, never know what might happen!

I hope I don't use this service but it seemed cheap to buy the insurance just to be safe.

I LOVE my new tv. I didn't need the geek squad to hang it.

We recently upgraded our tech support but have used Geek Squad for years with great success. They have by chat, phone and in store walked me through issues, questions, information searches and purchases. Having that kind of support any time of day or night keeps all our techno gizmos running at home since I have limited knowledge. I have never had a technician seem impatient or rushed.

The warranty plans are good from Best Buy. I had to send off a tv and they couldn’t find a problem with it. Shipped it back to the store and when I picked it up it was doing the same thing. The manager went ahead and gave me store credit for the TV. I love Best Buy’s customer service.

The geek squad agents did a great job mounting my tv and hooking everything up plus a some basic training.
