We purchased it with the new TV but have not used the extended warranty yet.

I have not had to use it yet but I like having the insurance.

Haven't had to use it but I had a bad experience in new Braunfels with a TV I bought that was defective. So I bought this as insurance in San Marco's against the bad experience I had in new Braunfels. I will never enter that store again

Employee did not do a very good job at explaining the coverage, I was interested in accidental damage coverage not basic manufacturer warranty that’s free with the product. I most likely will not be repurchasing this product.

having the protection for your expensive electronics is a good idea

I purchased an open box OLED and didn’t hurt to get extra protection.

The piece of mind, knowing my purchase is protected, well worth the price.

Purchased this 2 year warranty for piece of mind. No issues so far.

Hard to RATE the GEEK Squad as it turns out they WONT service us at all, due to the fact we are 45 minutes from their store location in Burlington, VT. Not sure exactly what we paid for with the 'membership'.

For the picture, price and smart tv features, this is a solid deal for 50 inch TV.

I like the geek squad. They are nice helpful and professional
