My last tv screen went black and I thought I was doomed. Here goes another $1000 on a tv. When it wasn’t even that old! But I have to thank my past self for buying geek squad. They were able to order parts and have them shipped. We were serviced during the pandemic and they took all the precautions! Ultimately my TV wasn’t salvageable so I was given a credit toward my next purchase! High recommend to everyone.

I had the 5 year protection plan on my GX 77” oled and had issues with the tv. Geek squad tried a repair which didn’t work so they replaced the tv with a new G3 77” oled. I would recommend this plan (which I got again on this tv)

Got Geek Squad for my LG Air Conditioner because the previous one on wheels broke after 2 years. Warranties like this are necessary with AC's that breakdown after a short time

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! Already saved me money. Worked on my TV and found it was not fixable. Sent me a new one and removed myvold TV. Thank you geek squad.

Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

Excellent customer service. Delivery and set up plus removed old set. Knowable technical support and helpful staff. Only complaint is you are on hold for 10-15 to get a Customer service representative and then another 20 minutes to take to Geek Squad which is in an other country like Gatamala. What can we not talk to store?

Weird thing to ask for a review on, but okay. We basically got this as insurance because we were getting a tv delivered and the contactless delivery nulls the usual delivery-related insurance. So covid19 safety won out and we got this to be safe. Didn't need it for the delivery (that went well), and I suppose we have it in case we need it going forward. Hopefully we don't. You know how it goes.

5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it
