The warranty is a MUST!!! Just the thought of being covered for everything i buy at BEST BUY. The customer service is GRAND! Fast Friendly service with the attitude.

I got this for my 50” flat screen. 1 year later I call them up and tell them somehow my screen is glitched on one side I sent pictures and they told me they couldn’t fix it. So they gave me a free TV. Smaller but it was an upgrade. My flat screen was just a regular tv ended up getting a Samsung 43”

Geek Squad protection saved me hundreds when my TV became inoperable. Process for replacement was hassle free and incredible.

I had the protection on my old TV. They couldn't fix it so they gave me a new one. ( NO HEADACHE OR EXCUSES) They stand behind their warranty. I would recommend everyone take out The Standard Geek Squad protection. It saved my pocketbook about 600 dollars.

I absolutely love my all in one computer. It's not bulky and very easy to maneuver from one room to another. The touch screen effects are awesome and to actually be able to see everything on the screen is great.

Definitely worth investing in. I had an issue with a previous model of my Oled and I was able to exchange and grab a larger screen for a very low cost!

Not many places will come to your home and repair appliances. The geek squad does. Purchase with best buy and get your moneys worth with this extra benefit.

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

I trust and will continue until they fail to uphold their standards. Literally, the reason to purchase at BB, even if you find it slightly cheaper somewhere else (and for some reason BB won't price match).

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

Purchased the 5 year warranty for our new Samsung 70” TV. Hopefully we won’t have to use it but if something fails in the next 5 years we are covered! (As long as it is not a cracked or broken screen). Keep any young children away from the TV screen so this doesn’t happen!

Good to have this protection on my 77 inch tv it is a great warranty to have. Their plan through Geek Squad is awesome.

Worth it. These TVs will die. Spend 80, and get a new one.
