Just bought a 58" Vizio 4K Smart TV, and added this 5 year extended IN-HOME service warranty, for $99.00. We have Geek Squad Protection on ALL our Best Buy products.... laptops, tv's, cameras, etc. Haven't used any of the warranties, yet, but they are in place, if necessary. For a $500.00 tv, that's only $20.00 per year..... pretty cheap "insurance", huh?!

Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

Every item I purchase from Best Buy I always get an extended warranty one thing I say about Best Buy they stand behind their warranties thank you very much keep up be good work.

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

For higher price items I've always bought extended warranties from BEST BUY. They have great customer service and and support with these warranties if you ever have an issue during the warranty period you purchase....

The Squad of Geeks at Best Buy have saved my butt more times than I can count - I am grateful to the protection that I have under them.

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

Love the peace of mind that comes with Geek Squad. We always add it to purchases that we make that we know will be used daily incase something happens.

This is a service plan, an insurance plan for any possible issues w/ the equipment we purchased. The actual evaluation isn't particularly valid until such time we have to make a call... then, truth will out.

The service and follow up are very good. This is a much better alternative to square trade. The 2 year plan is essentially worth one extra year after the factory warranty expires. But no extensive calls with the manufacturer that will leave you exhausted and angry. The Geek Squad experience I had with my TV was a piece of cake.

They have never let me down! My TV that was less than a year old broke down and I sent it in to get repaired, when it couldn't be repaired they offered to replace it with a newer model or a gift card for the amount I paid for it. I opted for the gift card and was able to purchase a larger TV and only paid the difference! Always happy with them!

I would never purchase any electronics without the Geek Squad service. It gives me the peace of mind that I will not be alone if or when problems arise.

I don't have to worry about anything with the geek squad, Making a phone call and having no worries makes me happy. Geek is always there when I need their help. The team is very acknowlable and it's a pleasure speaking or working with them. Keep up the good work, Geek Squad....
