I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

There is no other store that provides the same protection as Geek Squad. I get it on everything I buy! They make it so simple, and if I ever have a problem, I feel safe. I have had to replace 2 different items in the past year. With other stores, i feel like I am being interrogated. Not at Best Buy. Here's the problem, here's the replacement. Done!

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

I bought this protection plan for my new 32" TCL Roku tv. It was quite affordable and gives me peace of mind. I have never had to use a bestbuy protection plan in the past, even though I have purchased them before. I'm just glad they offer them.

Each and every time I have called the agents are professional and know what they are doing....from guest service to tech issues and I feel valued as a customer. I wholly recommend anyone with modern electronics in their homie to have this service. It has saved me much stress and money.

Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of these TV Warranties several times, even to the point that I received 2 NEW / REPLACEMENT TVs and would have been out a lot of money for the replacements and work if I had NOT PURCHASED these warranties! The up front price may seem high at the time but most likely would be less that the first service call!

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!
