Peace of mind knowing geek squad and the protection service is covering my home entertainment system

Haven’t let me down yet, hopefully this service will not be needed... but its good to have a security blanket

I never really used to think this sort of thing was worth it but it has turned out to be.

Quick and easy service. Have had them for years now and never a problem with any of my devices getting serviced.

Tvs go bad ao a warranty is a must. Can be expensive but worth it

Best buy geek squad should be purchased with all major items.we have used them ,they are better than Great.all the service techs really knowledgeable

haven't had to use it yet. But good to have in case something goes wrong with my LG TV. Piece of mind for 5 yes.

So far we haven’t had to use it, but the contract sounds really good. If anything was to happen to my product it would most likely be covered

The last tv I bought for $300 more lasted 14 months unfortunately 2 months too long for warranty so decided to buy best buy one and have no worries!!!

I really can’t rate them for this product seeing as how I haven’t really utilize the geek squad service for this purchase. However I have had dealings with the geek squad with other purchases so I rated them a 4

This mount is a little loose, had to tighten around the swivels with Allen wrench (which comes in kit) to make it more stable. Its the hand swivel for the tilt on the TV itself that could be better. Overall good.

The Geek Squad is a credit to their name. The readiest to get my items installed or put together in a timely manner

love it its the best model and thin bezel. great and easy set up!
