Haven't had to use yet, but good to have the protection from Geek Squad.

we always usually get the protection place, Electronics are expensive these days so I like to think it pays to have this protection

It's nice to have peace of mind that should anything break with the TV, Best Buy will repair it or replace it for no costs. It's good TV insurance.

Geek squad have helped us to install all our televisions in our bedrooms and living rooms .

It is great if you have a problem just bring it back to them

They knew what I was asking about with what little info I had given them . also quick to start a service call for me
