Excellent service, good recommendations and quality in product..

It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

I always buy this protection to be safe side if any of the electronics go bad within the limited time. I once had to use it and they replaced the product with no questions.

First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.

I had to geek squad on my 65 inch color TV in my computers. They were good anytime I bought a back I had a problem somebody came out no problem. Thank you Best Buy.

haven't used them yet. What more can I say. I will let you know when I have to use them. I hope I never need them

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

Geek squad is always good to have if I can insurance on your TV. It’s always nice and it eases your mind knowing you have insurance on your TV or your appliances.

Hope i don't need the protection. I wonder if they give you extra time if you have to wait a month for something that was in stock.

This television has been great for our families movie nights

They are always amazing and knowledgable each and evey time I have had to call or have them fix something.

With having two kids, who broke my last TV, it was a no brainer to go with the 5 year warranty! This will be the last TV I have to purchase for a long time, so I wanted to make sure nothing happens to it in the next 5 years!

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

I honestly don't know how good their service is. I have heard good things, though. I bought extended protection in case something goes wrong with my TV, so hooefully it is good. I honestly hope i dont have to use it, lol.

If you ever wonder if you need Geek Squad protection, don't struggle. Especially electronics these days.. their life span is short and build quality is not quite guaranteed. Your warranty will give you complete peace of mind!. At least my experience with Best Buy warranty has been always pleasant!
