Beautiful television picture. I am very happy I bought it.

This was purchased to protect my investment. I love having protection just in case something happens

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

Always get this for my bigger items. Works as needed

I always get my Best Buy items covered with Geek Squad. However, the turn around to have something repaired needs be improved upon. I have an 82 QLED, that failed on my on the 11th month of the manufacturer warranty. So I'm at the mercy of Samsung throwing parts at it and Geek Squad scheduling appointments until the issue is resolved. By the time the techs come back out to my house it will be two months of waiting.

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

Got the extended warranty on my new TCL. Well worth the money in my opinion as I am not familiar with the brand coming from an LG.

I bought the 5 year protection because like many, I want to feel at ease with my purchase. This is a must for any OLED purchases because if you do your research you know any fix is not cheap. This service covers most problems, burn ins etc. Plus knowing you don't have to haul your TV into the store and they will come to you (depending on tv size I believe) is a plus. I will enjoy my oled tv purchase, knowing I covered for 5 years

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

This plan offers great piece of mind to protect any of your electronics purchased at Best buy. Highly recommend purchasing the extended plans.

The Geek Squad agent was very polite and helpful!! He corrected the issue with my Samsung Smart Tv very quickly the agent was very friendly and really was most qualified geek Squad member I have ever had the pleasure of being serviced by this knowledgeable and very professional person

When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

Great service, it was fast and easy. In and our service. Everything was explained to me.

WE discovered after unboxing the 75 inch television, that there was an internal flaw....the screen did not show! When I called, the gentleman said a replacement television would be sent out and the flawed one would be picked up....and it was within 3 days!!!

After wandering the Internet for a few weeks looking for the best option for a TV, I came across this unit. I was concerned after calling Samsung and them telling me that it did not support Plex. I went into the local store and was looking at another system and while talking with the guy about the TV I came in for he brought my attention back to this one. I explained that I called Samsung about the Plex issue, but he was certain that it supported Plex. So we got the one on the internet and after a quick update it loaded up Plex... I couldnt have been happier!
