Awesome customer service, made purchasing the tv so easy and quick!

I still havent had to use my geeks squad extended protection, but its nice to know I have it available if needed.

I like the idea of having extra protection. My hope was that it would be added on to the original warranty instead of dual coverage. Our last TV purchase was from Best Buy in 2007. That TV died "one day," after the warranty was up. It was a $500 repair to replace the motherboard. It is my hope that this new TV will last us 13+ yrs. without any costly repairs.

Hope you don't need it but 5 years covers it. My Vizio panel went bad after 4years 10 months, 5 Year got me into my new LG without having to pay hardly anything out of pocket! Was easy to call and initiate with Best Buy, had a new TV next day.

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

Protection is good for tv and customer service is awesome

Delivery came on time and they brought it up to my apartment on a third floor walkup. It was one of the hottest days this summer and I really appreciated the service. Communication was very good with updates on delivery status as well. TV is light and thin. Unboxing and getting it out of the box was very simple. You'll see what I mean :)

So glad we purchased as the tv developed a bad panel and was not fun to look at. Use of the warranty was very easy and painless.

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo

I purchased one five years ago and my Television went bad 3 months before it was about to expire. I was given a full credit towards the purchase of a new television.

Haven't had to use this particular Geek Squad protection plan yet, but I have confidence it'll pay for itself.

Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

I love my new tv the setup look really nice on my basement..

My LG tv broke and Geek Squad helped me to replace it. They were very nice and helpful. The protection plan was worth it.
