I had forgot I bought the warranty until my tv died abs I looked up when I bought it. It was 4.5 years, and Best Buy gave me zero hassles. They sent a repair person to try and fix it. When he could not, Best Buy sent the new model for the old tv.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

This worked for me on the last tv I bought. Had it for about 4+ years and then screen went blank. Best buy was going to send tv off and have it fixed, but the tv was so cheap, they gave me my money back, less cost of protection plan. Since they do not sell the model I returned.

Anytime I call or go in for help everyone is wonderful.

We were reluctant to purchase the Geek squad service but so glad we did. We have need help several times and we also purchased a new TV and it is covered with 2 day shipping. Love it!

Best protection for any electronic devices , good prices for coverage

I have always added extra protection on my televisions, but never had to use it. Just in case. I wish I had it on my gifted Hisense television.

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

I haven't used this protection, yet... I did use the same protection purchased on a similar LG TV. It was great. I'm not fond of TV shopping, and this fixed the TV in 1 home visit... the 1st time. TV works as usual now, and I don't have to spend $$s on a new one. It was worth the money.

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

Always hard to want to spend the extra on a warranty you may not use. For us though it saved us from having to spend alot to replace our tv when it burned out but still under warranty

Nice to have the backup of a team that can handle all electronics issues
