I am glad that i paid for this 2yr warranty,never know

I really don’t want to pay a lot of money later on when something that could have been protected with a little bit of money with the purchase up front

I've had several scenarios where an item I bought conked out a year and a half after purchase. They were able to just go ahead and swap it out and or give me store credit for what I paid, if they didn't have it in stock.

I had a TV that went out and I needed to get it replaced. I called geek squad and they came out and replaced my TV for me so I do recommend getting a protection plan.

Love the return process with this company. When need to return is fast and easy.

Haven't had to use this service (thank God), but is worth the price. Be sure to check the item you buy it with does not already have a warranty! Best Buy loves to sucker you into this when you don't even need it on certain items.

I bought it for my tv, but when I had problem with my tv display they refused to fix it saying that there’s a physical damage; however there were absolutely no physical damage at all and it was like new. They told me even though there’s no visible damage but it is considered physical damage. I just wasted my money buying geek squad protection

Geek extended warranty is a great addition to ensure a few years of maintenance free.

A must have protection plan especially for after the manufacturer warrànty ends. If they cant fix it they replace it.

My last TV had issues and thank goodness I had the protection plan. My TV had to be replaced. It was done quickly and the people were professional and well trained.

Fortunately did not have to use. Purchased the protection as insurance after my Son had an issue with his older big screen, they could not get the part and they gave him a full reimbursement towards a new one.

After your failed phone evaluation, The visit from technician was able to address my broken TV in two days after a wasted two weeks of phone service!
