Best when you buy something and know you can always call them to fix but only problem is they take to long to come for app

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

I bought protection for my TV, which is a higher end model. Best buy covers more than the manufacturer warranty. I don't expect I'll have any issues, but knowing I have the protection is nice just in case anything does happen.

They delivered the wrong TV but in 1 week, they made good on the return and brought us the right one. Now we are very pleased with the professionalism that they showed.

I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad for my new Roku TV and haven't actually used it yet, but it covers any damage and even if something as small as two pixels going dead on the screen and they'll replace it so I'd say for an extra $30 it's well worth it.

Every time I buy any electrical equipment like TV's, Computers, etc. I always purchase the geek squad extended warranty, they are efficient in solving any issues you may have.

I purchased the 5 year protection plan for my new Sony TV just because these newer sets are actually computers....too much that can go wrong. Though it states 5 years, it's really only 4 years because the first year is under the manufacturer warranty. Save the box! I had a 5 year extended warranty on my last tv and it broke in the sixth year.

Their warranty coverage for tv's is the best on the market. It does cost alot more than average. But you get alot more coverage than you would with other companies. If you are worried about burn in on OLED panels or anything like that you should get the extended warranty.

Working fine and grateful to have it in my house. Excellent cleanup at every corner.

Hopefully will not have to use it but adding it on to a inexpensive TV seemed like a no brainer…
