I bought my tv open box and have had no issues with it. The color is great, size is perfect. Glad I bought it.

Purchased for a new television I purchased almost a year ago, thank the Lord everything is still going great

instead of taking chances with an expensive purchase of my tv, i covered it a 5 year protection plan. now i can not stress in case some issue arises with the tv.

love it, takes 2 people to put it up... but its definitely a strong unit.

Must have for big purchases. I wouldn't buy a TV without this.

Geek squad protection plans are the best specially if you are making a big investment for your home. Best service that you can buy and it comes with loyalty.

I haven’t needed to use this as yet but it gives confidence knowing I have it. When ever I do not buy one with a product it always broke or go bad so get it.

Great deal and cheap would definitely recommend never know.

This was a good price. Haven't used this yet but I have heard really good things about the Geek squad. If when I use it anything changes I will rewrite my review

This is a good protection plan to have and worth it with any tv

Highly recommend 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy Geek Squad ... when your TV breaks after the manufacturing warranty ends this will save you money in the end.

Comes in so handy! my Samsung had a panel issue, activated my protection plan form Geek Squad, and just like that problem solved. I received my new Samsung.

Geek squad personnel were great. I was disappointed that it took a week to get the TV delivered. That doesn’t seem reasonable. Just poor management.

dont pass this up with big purchases, IE tvs, laptops, game consoles.... never know whats gonna happen

I haven't had to use this with my TV that I bought it for, but have used it in the past on others. Much better service and coverage than the manufacturer's warranty.
