Purchased this warranty with my son's 43 inch Insignia tv. His tv went out within a year of purchase, and after I contacted customer service to let them know they did honor my warranty but let me know since I was getting a new item I would have to repurchase the warranty.

Purchased warranty protection for tv, just in case. Luckily I haven't had to use it. Staff was very helpful with all my questions.

This plan is for five years so it gives the freedom to have my tv services and save me money on the cost of repairs.

I bought the coverage for my open box TV. I haven't had to use it, but I suppose the peace of mind is worth the price.

Definitely need to have the two-year plan with geek squad. It gives you peace of mind.

I know anything will go wrong with my purchase but it's nice to have some security just in case. The price was a little high for my taste but again I think it's worth it for the 2-year coverage

I HIGHLY recommend getting Geek Squad for your TVs. Back in 2018, I brought a Samsung 50' 7 series 4k TV, and this year (2020), the LED in the TV gave up, and half the screen was black. I was very disappointed with Samsung. I called Geek Squad. They had a tech come to the house to examine the TV to see if it could be fixed, and they told me it was not worth fixing, but I could replace sticking with Samsung or choosing a different brand. They credit me the exact amount I originally had brought the TV for which I decided to do. They come and pick up the old TV and dropped off the new TV. The only thing I wish they would change was not having to pay extra to have them swap the tv on the mount, but it's okay.

Great TV for an affordable price :) Has a clear image and sound and was very easy to set up.

It’s a great deal for protection in case anything happens to your devise during the first 5 years.

having bought the extended warranty in case somthing happened was a hard decision at the time due to added cost at the time of purchase 3years later i couldnt have been happier with my decision geek squad was fast to make a repair when that option didnt work out they replaced with a brand new one thanks geek squad.

Purchased the 5 year protection plan from the Geek Squad. Hope we never have to use it, but it gives us peace of mind.

I've only had to use the geek squad a couple of times. And each time they we very helpful.

I mean its a must, if you buy somethint for a $1,000 don't you want to have some sort of coverage on it?

I have not used the Geek squad for this particular item, but have in the past and they are the best. Quick and knowledgable.

My screen quit working and Best Buy had someone out here to diagnose it and a new TV delivered within a week. Definitely worth the investment for the peace of mind, but the service was much better than I expected going into using it. I’d recommend it and bought it a second time myself with the new TV.

Customer service is phenomenal. The tv is perfectly set up. Highly recommend.

I have not use it and I hope I wont use it but I read that they are great.
