This tv is one of the best TVs I have had since my Panasonic and pioneer elite plasma TVs. Picture is so clear and watching movies in 4K at night are amazing

While we haven't had to use the service, it's good to have the reassurance that our new TV is protected. The cost is worth the piece of mind

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

I know, I know. "these plans are for suckers" All I have to say is that with out the plan on my old unit Id be shelling out $1000+ to buy a new one. All i had to do was call Geek Squad and they sent someone out to fix it. A week later they said they couldn't get the part and and told me to go into the store and pick out a new one. very easy process

The agent was so patient & helpful. Answered all my queries. Took so much time with me. I really felt like a valued customer.

Definitely recommend getting the Geek squad coverage. Definitely worth it. Specially when buying lower end brands since most likely to break.

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

The Geek squad agent was able to advise me on options for my car installed and completed the installation on a timely and professional service. My laptop was also remotely repaired in a very professional manner to my satisfaction.

The warranty is well worth it they honored my last extended warranty as promised. You never know when you will need it.

When you pay that kind of money you might just as well have it warranted

There is no other store that provides the same protection as Geek Squad. I get it on everything I buy! They make it so simple, and if I ever have a problem, I feel safe. I have had to replace 2 different items in the past year. With other stores, i feel like I am being interrogated. Not at Best Buy. Here's the problem, here's the replacement. Done!
