Great price, 1st TV required repairs at 4 years. Bought extended warranty for new TV worth the money.

Bought an high end sound bar, spent a little extra for replacement protection in case it went bad past mfg warranty

I recommend that standard geek squad protection always be purchased if you expect any response by the geek squad when purchasing hardware from Best Buy if it requires installation and setup.

The agent mounted my TV and connected all devices. The agent was very helpful and extremely friendly and never acted like he had to rush off to his next job.

You'd be ridiculous not to get the extended warranties that Best buy gives for some products it's totally worth it for others not so worth it.

almost into the end of my 2 year agreement the TV went bad. Geek Squad came to my house, helped me out, all ended up good. If not for geek squad protection I would have spent a lot more on another TV

I am going to update all my computers and laptops today. I received a discount price for bundling with tv and install. I am glad it was offered cuz mfee just ended.

Have not had to use them on the Tnew TV yet. However, their work on my computers has been outstanding and I am sure they will be able to handle the TV problem, it one occurs. The contract is worth it!
