I don’t mind spending the extra money to have peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue after the factory warranty runs out that I will be able to still receive repairs or a replacement!

I believe in warranties. If your TV breaks, bestbuy geek squad will give you back what you payed for or you get to put it towards a new TV.

They did a great job. Serviced my old tv and deemed it couldn’t be fixed and I got credit towards my new tv. Made the whole process super easy

My Sony TV went out I had a 5-year contract it took 27 days to fix it without a TV it pretty well sucked so just remember if you purchase this warranty you will be in the same boat as I was

Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

Hope I never need it but incredible levels of reassurance and confidence if something goes sideways!

The Geek squad was great. Came in and set up my tv on my entertainment center. Very professional and great service. Made sure that I was pleased.

I buy Best Buy products all the time, from TV’s to cell phones... but what is most important to me is the peace of mind I get purchasing the protection plans. I know if something goes wrong I have a team of people at my disposal to help me figure out and fix whatever the issue is.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad protection for this item, but Best Buy has one of the best warranty programs in the industry. They truly do protect the products you buy from them and if you have an issue do not make you feel like an idiot.

I still think this tv is a great buy. Picture quality is very nice. Has game mode. No glasses but they are cheap enough, I recommend the regular active 3d glasses. 3D works in all model with virtually no crosstalk. Don't recommend using 3d in competitive online game play due to input lag but is amazing for campaign or co-op.

Anything over the size of a tablet I always get extra insurance. Always always ask if protection you buy starts after the one year warranty or immediately each place is different

I like to purchase the GS service along with the items I buy at Best buy just in case...and I have used them.

Nowadays you need to buy this program. I had to use it few times with several products and it is totally stress free process
