you must protect your large investments. would hate to have an appliance fail and not have this insurance

I had it with my last tv and used the plan when my tv stopped turning on. Geek squad showed up and were very professional.

Has severe limitations. Read all of the details first. Too many loopholes for Best Buy to get out of it if you don't have an excellent understanding of ALL the rules. Buyer Beware

We have not had to have any service yet but they have been extremely helpful in answering questions and helping set up our new TV.
