    I love the geek squad plan and I always make sure to buy from Best Buy in order to get the plan! Very easy to work with so far. I had a two year warranty on my fancy coffee maker, and when it broke. They literally refunded me right away to purchase another one. I bought this plan for my dishwasher as well, and for my three 70" TVs.

    Recommend service protection. On cheaper products. Phones require a extra payment to fix product. I have $1200 phone with a cracked screen and they want $250 and phone before replacement. Leving me without phone till repair nd $13 a month charge every month. I got warranty so I wouldn't have to pay more money if it breaks. Hd screen protector put on nd qll of sudden i have cracked screen. I think he did it putting on protector. I should have watched him. Cracked in corner

    Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

    My 4-year old LG OLD developed screen burn-in and within 3 to 4 days of contacting the Geek Squad it was replaced with the latest model at no cost to me.

    Yes, indeed get it because if something breaks down that you purchased after the manufacturer warranty this one kicks in and let’s be honest you know it’s gonna break down. Highly recommend.

    Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

    The customer service was awesome , the process of purchasing my brand new tv was easy. It was brought to my Car and they did everything so safely and quickly . Picking up was a breeze

    My wife Samsung went out geek squad was unable to repair it had no problem getting a gift card for full price of the TV used it for the standard warranty on my new 65-in OLED TV

    Free in home Geek Squad visits have been very helpful! They migrated data between my two I Macs and are helping me fine tune my Wi-Fi system in the house. The agents even make product recommendations and schedule a future appointment to deliver and install new items.

    Perhaps the only real reason to shop at Best Buy. This plan is absolutely amazing. With how bad quality and easy to break electronics have become, I would NEVER buy an electronic without this amazing plan. It covers common manufacturer faults and accidents, what else could you wish for? Don't buy anything without this plan when shopping at Best Buy.

    Didn't buy the extra warranty on our last 75 inch television and it blew out after only 6 months of average use (on about 2-3 hrs a day, most days). So this time, we're prepared.

    Good tv and brand. Had my other 55” going on 5 years. This one however stopped working after 3months. Geek squad came out determined it was the screen itself and couldn’t be fixed, but with my warranty i can still return it. Good to have.

    One star lost after anticipated repair wasn't listed as solution (though appears to have occured) When I brought in my son's tablet for repair, the technician felt the port was bad and wrote it up as such. When it was returned, no port repair was listed, but upon observation, it appears to have been performed. I would have liked the complete repair process to have been documented. The charge cord was replaced as listed repair. Ultimately, the tablet is working/charging properly but I'm worried about the process. This time it was an unlisted repair. Next time it could be a claimed repair that wasn't performed.
