I love my fire TV!! The best decision i have made.

Always hard to want to spend the extra on a warranty you may not use. For us though it saved us from having to spend alot to replace our tv when it burned out but still under warranty

The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

After killing an 11 day old computer with a coffee spill I wouldn’t be without it. Then there was a particularly frigid day without gloves and as I was on my way to see my GEEKS my freezing fingers dropped my computer on the corner and cracked it. They put a new ‘skin’ on it. I’m sure I’ll make use of my protection on my new computer too. I seem to have karma with electronics.

Ive always purchased geek squad insurance with all my major electronics or appliances! They've always fixed or replaced my items if needed!

This is definitely worth the price seeing how TVs these days are made with lights that can burn out quickly. So I have a peace of mind knowing that in the next five years I can get it fixed and not have to worry about it. Would definitely recommend getting this if you're going to buy any electronic especially TVs.

Electronics tend to fail at times. That's why the Geek Squad Protection is necessary when buying a new device. Great service at a great price.

If any Trouble come out on my new sony tv i give them call & set up appointment to check it out whatever issue.

This helps to be be at peace as modern day televisions have softwares which generally gets messed up after a year. Also, generally usage of TV is very high and hence I would recommend 2 year top up to all especially my previous TV with other company not Samsung got messed up exactly after a year and I was out of warranty.

After the bad experience i had with my first tv i brought from best buy i almost didn't buy another one.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I had a problem with my tv they sent someone out right away. The person cane with mask for his and my protection. He was very professional and very nice. He took care of the problem and left. I am glad I purchased the insurance because everything was covered.

Still in great condition had to do a replacement for the remote i had no problems.
