    I all ways have so kind of problem with my computer and they are all ways there when I call or chat on line and my problem is all ways taken care of as for the TV I have not had a problem. For the table there ways a black screen and it was not fixed so it was replaced.

    My LG 65" TV needed to be serviced. Polite. On time. Booties. In and out in a decent amount of time. They fixed the problem then went ahead and reprogrammed all of my devices accordingly...Thank you. I saved the big one for last...They spoke English...WELL!! and had a sence of humour.

    They didnt bother questioning the problem, they just exchanged my tv based on my word. It took more than a month but it was sorted out, thankyou!

    I always get the Geek Squad plan on everything I purchase at Best Buy it takes the hassles out of whatever goes wrong or whatever you need to call them up they just replace it if it can't be repaired

    They installed a bracket and mounted my TV. They connected to all my devices and even programed my Harmony remote.

    This TV has been excellent and has fit all my needs. Sometimes the TV doesn't show up in other devices to be able to cast to. The Google Home app had trouble connecting to my TV.

    I always buy the protection plan for major appliances it comes in handy I replaced the a 65 inch Vizio that stopped working right before the warranty ran out

    bought 65" insignia 4k tv in july - hdmi ports (all 3) failed in mid november - purchased 4 year geek squad svc contract - contacted geek squad service - 4 separate chat sessions, and 1 telephone call later, they have yet to have the repair person come to my home to put a new motherboard in my tv - it is not even scheduled!! on the telephone call this morning, their rep said they did not even have a repair person in this area (syracuse, ny), to service tv's. they took my money for the contract but can't even provide the service!! buyers beware of this tactic - service is not part of their dna!!!

    5-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. A must have for such a beautiful and expensive TV. Gives us peace of mind. Worth the additional cost, ask my son who didn’t have it and needed it for his drone.

    Anytime I buy anything from Best Buy I always put insurance on it . It’s great because if something goes wrong with it or it gets damaged they will cover it and fix it , if they can’t then they replace it .
