We don't usually purchase extra warranties for our products but Best Buy has a very good reputation for making good on the warranties. Our previous experience with Best Buy warranties has been very good.

The agents fix my computer problems and I haven't had any problems since.

I purchased the 5 year geek protection for the peace of mind on my first ever big screen smart tv purchase. I hope that I we never have to use it, but 5 years of protection and support is so worth it if we ever do!

I haven’t had to use the extended warranty but I have friends that have and have been very impressed. And it was cheaper than the manufacturer warranty.

I have never been dissapointed with this protection. I will never again make a sizable purchase without this back up. Weather is just a simple question or a fix. Never a dissapointment.

Geek squad customer service is one of the best. It saved us a lot when a power surge took out our tv.

I purchased this for my mom when buying her a TV. I purchased a three year protection plan. Her and I thought it was great deal. It covers mainly all damages.

I aquired at purchase of TV, I had difficulty later related to a neighborhood power issue. The repair tech was very helpful in restoring my device in a prompt fashion. Thanks to the Geek Squad.

Can not go wrong with adding some Geek Squad extended warranty so cheaply for a new TV. This is just an insurance policy it will last at least five years.

Given the quality of the products I bought, this may have been superfluous, but I'd rather have somebody available who knows what to do - just in case.
