Hoping to not use it, but if it’s needed, it’s better to be safe!

5 year warranty cant beat it for the price. I like how they will come to the house I dont need to lug an large tv back to the store.

I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

Geek Squad Protection should be purchased with all major buys. Great peace of mind

I haven’t had to use my package yet thank the lord. It sure is nice having some reassurance just in case a kid knocks it down or something.

I bought this to add extra protection to my Sony Bravia 43" 4k tv. Now even tho it says 2yrs really your only getting the 2nd year and the first yr is covered under the manufactures warranty. Really BB needs to either sell 1 yr warranties or 3yr warranties.

Everyone needs to buy a protection plan now days on any electronic or appliance item. They don’t make them like they use to.

I highly recommend getting protection on all electronics especially TV’s the Geek Squad has been out for my TV on three different occasions and the tv is less than a year old. They been great to work with! Can’t say much for the Samsung tv tho!

I protect all my gadgets. If it has a protection plan, I want it. Things can go wrong with products. Protect your investments. Its worth it.

It's always good to purchase their protection in case of damage. Never have had a problem with geek squad.

I've always purchased product protection but have not needed to utilize the protection. I've used the product protection before on other products and have been very impressed and pleased with the process.

I had purchased protection for the Sony head phones which was a great investment because these Sony head phones are trash but with the Geek Protection I can always get another pair.

Best item at Best Buy is their Geek Squad protection plans. Amazing customer service and takes the worry out of your large purchase.

I have not used geek squad care since 2013 however i hope it is worth it from what i remember.

Geek Squad has been excellent I have taken things back for t h e m to repair or replace and never had a problem they're always right on time
