in home repair, no lemon policy, be sure to read the policy its a repair protection plan, and the repairs on a tv this size are normally done in home, five year plan is a solid investment on a tv of any price, since minimum cost of repair is always way worse than one time cost of the protection plan.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

The agents helped me exchange my broken Wireless earphones for new ones. Everything was taken care of right on the spot! Got my earphones in the mail 4 days after exchanging them! Great service like always. Thank you Geek Squad!

I read the list of coverage and decided to purchase the 5 year plan to cover my 60" television. If it fails, the plan will repair it. Looks like good insurance against an unexpected failure just in case. I always keep my products in good condition and for long periods of time.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

I tell everyone if you want anythibg, but it at best buy and get protection plan because it's realiable and they are helpful
