    I have never been disappointed when I walked into a best buy. When my son needed a computer for his first year of college he received exactly what he was looking for.So yes I can say it was our BEST BUY

    1st Hisense TV so really felt it was the best thing to do with a 2 yr additional warranty. + the price was very fair

    Had an LG LED TV die on me. Brought it into Bestbuy, had to make an appointment to speak with a Geek Squad member. Next appointment was available the following weekend. I went in the next Saturday, TV was sent out within a day or so. I kept getting emails telling me what was going on. After 5 days or so they told me nothing could be done to repair the TV, it would cost too much. And I was getting a replacement. Went back to Bestbuy and they gave me a gift card for the full amount. If I didn't buy this protection plan, I would be out of $600. Needless to say I used the gift card to buy a new TV and I bought the extended warranty.

    My goodness you definitely don’t want to purchase any electronics with this protection It is so worth every cent You never know if a product will fail so protection is of the utmost importance Easy replacement process

    Purchased this for my last 75 inch TV, 2 years in and one of the rows of pixels went out. Geek squad came out to my house and within 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, I received an email accepting the claim and they gave me full credit toward my new TV. Within 2 hours I picked up my replacement TV in the store.

    I would recommend a Geek sqaud extended warranty. I bought one for my 75” tv. If they can’t fix it , I believe they send you a check for your purchase price. The TV is 85 pounds so it’s not something I want to lug back to the store or to a authorized service center

    If you buy a television or anything over 200 bucks I would definitely recommend getting a protection plan because without it. It's like throwing your money out the window, there are so many different manufacturers making products now you just don't know if your product will be any good or last. So I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

    Even though I did not buy the service for installation, I have used their Geek Squad protection and troubleshooting before. Most recently, my Samsung Tv which still has the protection on it had some issues. I have never had any issues with Tvs purchased here before, but after several years, the Tv had purple areas on the viewing plane. I took it to Best Buy and it wasn't worth fixing so they gave me credit to purchase another TV. I chose the LG nano series 49" Tv, which we all love. The Geek Squad service is a real good service. They know their stuff...

    My tv had went out after two years and I remembered I had purchased the Geek Squad. They replaced the tv and schedule delivery/pick up and the morning of, I get a voice mail, our guy is sick. I took the old and picked up the new and received a $20 gift card for my troubles.

    I highly recommend getting a protection plan for any expensive item. Especially items that have in-home protection because they are to large to take to the store. My 60" Samsung Smart TV broke 3 yrs after purchase which meant the manufactures warranty would've expired. Fortunately I had a 5 yr Geek Squad plan. They came to my home assessed the problem and because they didn't have the parts to repair my Samsung they gave me a voucher to purchase a newer model as a replacement. I paid $220 for the protection plan on the 60" it was worth every penny! Otherwise I would have nothing. So I gladly paid $189 for the 5 yr protection plan on the replacement TV

    I always purchase this service when i purchase large items. Usually, i do not need the service, but when electronics fail this service is worth every penny.

    Replacement tv - Geek Squad service

    Geek Squad provided great service with my replacement tv but it would not accept my 55" tv at the store. We went through the whole process of replacing my tv when someone from Geek Squad said I would have to take my tv home and have a Geek Squad member evaluate the tv at my house. I actually completed the tv replacement over the phone with no visit needed and received my replacement tv within days.

    This is my first time purchasing GeekSquad Protection. I spoke to friends and family about their experience and found it compelling enough for myself on my new display. In the past, I purchased a 65" 4k TV that had vertical banding issues, I went through the manufacturer for repair and it was a headache to go back and forth and wished I forked the dollars for protection via Best Buy. I also will say that the 5 year protection and price brackets are pretty competitive in terms of value. This is about protecting the consumer and I fully appreciate Best Buy and Geek Squad being very transparent about that in this program.
