It's help to know where i can get my flat screen tv fix in the future

Do t know yet haven’t had to use it the item is brand new so hopefully won’t have to for awhile

Geek Squad is amazing and they really show that they care about the customer. Will purchase this service any time that it is available.

The try plan saved me when the mother board went out. They replaced my tv and we even upgraded for the difference.

For approx. $20, you are fully covered just in case there are problems with the Geek Squad......

Bought this as an add-on for an open box TV. Definitely worth the cost. The whole thing cost me just under what a new one would have and i have 2 years warranty instead of the standard 1 year from the manufacturer.

If your going to invest in the top of the line entertainment then you need to get the protection for it. I learned the Hard way! I now have peace of mind knowing that if my purchase breaks it will be fixed and covered.

Geek squad was very knowledgeable and helpful when my tv needed service. I was very impressed with their response.

The representative offered it and explains why should i get it but did not push me for it.

When you buy a TV or and appliances you need the five year warranty deals for just in case

Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my 40" UHD TV. For some reason, there developed a problem with the TV. I took it to the Geek squad, and they shipped it to Atlanta for repairs. One week later, it was returned, working flawlessly! Best insurance I could have bought!

5 Year Standard Geek Squad Protection has been a money saver in the past when it comes to the latest in electronic equipment. It seems like the more features in electronics the more susceptible to being harmed. So it can be worth it for expensive items.

I get geek squad coverage with almost all purchases from best buy. Making a claim is so easy. Either repair or replacement it's way better than having to pay full price for a new item.

I was hesitant switching to Roko but ended up pleasantly surprised. We love our TV. Bought another one for the bedroom.

They replace the fridge without an issue but I lost food twice and sent li the form twice never was reimbursed. Talked to different mangers they even said they woukd send it and still never was reimbursed. So as far as that it fake and they wont reimbursed fir the food. All my lobster, dhrimp and steak never replaced 2 times. So dont wate your time filling ut iut becwuse that part is like scam.

I have been purchasing from Best Buy for years now and when it comes to high price items (e.g. TV, PC, et al), I always usually add the GSP because I know that when I have an issue, Best Buy will take care of it.
