Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.

Geek Squad is Great, I could not get along without them. If I have a Problem I just give them a Call and it it needs to be repaired I can make an appointment and drop it off. GREAT SERVICE.

I find geek squad to be a must for me. A must especially if you have kids.

It’s good to have the insurance in case something happens in a five year is really good for protection

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

Always get this insurance just in case. I have purchased it for my tv and come in handy, better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have, plus you would pay alot more to fix things.
