Anytime I purchase a large ticket item from Best Buy. I will always purchase the warranty. The replacement options are great and give the consumer comfort in knowing there purchase is secure.

It's always good to have a warranty to back you up if anything was to go wrong you can always get it fixed or replaced

I get geek squad protection plan on most of my products and had to use in several of them. Great service if it cannot be fixed they replaced the product.

Not sure if i needed this but it was cheap enough to cover my tv should anything happen.

I buy a lot of electronics so this really pays for itself in the long run. They service and update my computers for free with this plan.

Have not had to use this service. However, speaking with them on ither issues super easy.

I haven't had to use this service contract yet but have been happy with the service contracts for my washer/dryer and oven, so I expect things to go smoothly if I have issues with the tv.

This was my third Geek Squad purchase, and my opinion is it is good when you need it. I had a tv go out during the extended warranty period and they replaced the tv same day. For me it is worth the price.

NEVER buy anything without Geek Squad Service Plan. Easy to use if the item has a problem. They look up all the info using my phone number.
