I felt that if you spend money on big TV you should protect your investment with insurance but not just an insurance but Geek Squad - the great one.

I buy extended warranties on almost all my big ticket Best Buy purchases. I do not know that I have experienced a better program anywhere else.

As stated I feel the 2 yr geeksquad protection is a good peace of mind protection for the price. I hope I wont have to ever utilize it, but if I do I think Best Buy will assist me the best they can.

I bought this for a 60" Sharp and after it broke three times I used the warranty. The only problem is that they did not give me the full value for what I paid. They wanted to give me a comparable TV and I was not happy. The TV I had only lasted for 6 months and I wanted to upgrade.

Having geek squad protection plan is the best thing to protect any device. I’m happy that I got it to have piece of mind.

Give yourself peace of mind that your TV is covered under warranty and if you have any questions they’re there they answer them for you

The Geek Squad is amazing. They come to your location or call you and walk you through the process over the phone. They definitely know their products. They helped me with my TV!

Highly recommend this protection plan. Best Buy will replace the item if it cannot be fixed. They will give you your purchase price towards a new item. Best warranty I ever purchased.

I was disappointed with the service that I paid for on my washer and dryer. I called several times letting them know that the steam kit hadn't been placed on my dryer. Instead of just sending out a tech, I had to argue for days to get refunded. Mind you I had a zero balance and purchased several large items with extra warranties, I'll never make that mistake again. They don't want to honor the extra warranties.

If you purchase a Samsung TV the warranty is a must . Thank God for the warranty because my last 3 Samsung’s have been replaced

Bought contract for 5 years just because I got such a good deal on price of tv. Costs $25 for peace of mind to be replaced if anything goes wrong.
