I always purchase the Geek squad service. I watch a lot of television. My tvs break down, I take them in and the Geek squad service is honored. I get a new tv.

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

Bought this 5 year warranty for a good price gives me protection in case something goes wrong with my new tv.

You never know when you will need a replacement but when you do it is such a relief to use the repacement plan. I've had to use them once or twice and they work great. No hassle highly recommend on anything you buy.

I have not used the geek squad for my new tv and hope I do not need to but I have used them for a laptop in the past and was very pleased with their help.

You can't not have a plan and this is a really long one to last through the years. Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.

I wouldn't be without the Geek Squad, they are just stellar at the service they provide. Very knowledgeable

Tv is great! Clear picture! It was a great price for this size tv.

So far I have not used them for this product. But I have used them before and yhe service was good. But it is just as a back up to buy the 5 year protection just in case.

I purchased the 2 year protection plan for my 42inch Insignia fire tv. I really hope I dont have to use it, but it makes me feel better to have it.
