Although I haven't used this service but really glad I purchased it. Reading over the Geek Protection I made the right decision to purchase it.

I always tend to get the protective coverage for all my tvs at best buy. I have yetto use it and I can say that is a good sign. But at least ill know ill have the protection in case something happens. Ive read the guideline and it sounds ok. Just wish it was bit less in price.

Worth the investment to protect your product! Wouldn’t drive off the lot in a car with no warranty, don’t do it on your electronics.

Who wouldn't buy additional protection? I've always done it and it has worked for me. For some, it may be a waste of money, but when you need it, people regret it. I rather regret now then later.

I'm glad I had a 5 years service warranty. I'm very happy with the warranty.

I am not so please with Geek Squad. The last time I brought my computer in for service, I was totally dissatisfied.

I purchased last years Sony 4K which was basically powered up for over a year. The 5 year warranty was a must just in case it decides it's had enough life! We'll see if Best Buy stands behind it's warranty!
