Great TV, but definitely get the extended warranty. Mine just failed after 18 months. Thank goodness I still have GS protection. Otherwise I’d be out of luck.

Some agents are helpful some are just ignorant, i had to deal with few of them for my 1 transaction, over all was okay service.

It was good while I had it. Unfortunately my laptop only had issues after it expired.

These plans are no brainer to me. Just one repair will more than pay for this as opposed to the repair bill higher than the units value.

I haven't had to use the protection plan. Therefore, I cannot speak to the quality of it. However, this is great because it means that the product has been working properly...as it should!

Geek Squad always comes thru. Couldn't fix my tv set while I waited so they said to go find a new one. Very simple process and very pleased.

The reason I shop at Best Buy is the protection plans. I have never had any problems with a return and coverage.

I super wish some of these protection plans didn't cost so much, but glad our items are protected if something happens to them.

on paper seems good. however , cannot really comment since fortunately have not had to use it yet.

Good add on to a big purchase, on call customer service is also good it just might take you a while to talk to someone that can help
