The Geek Squad got the Bravia 75" UHD TV up the stairs to my 600 sq ft loft area with no problems and put things together with no problems. I had the TV for about a week with no problems except for setting up and installing apps. Hardware wise the clock has started and we'll see where things go from this point...

I had to use Gerk squads protection. They made it very easy to replace the AC.

Purchase a 65” Samsung OLED tv. I made sure to purchase a 5 year extended GeekSquad warranty for it as well for peace of mind. I definitely recommend to anyone to purchase an extended warranty for an electronics purchase like a big tv. It’s good to know that if anything happens to my tv in the next 5 years that I’m covered. The cost of the 5 year warranty imo is fair.

Almost 2 years ago, I purchased a 65" Sharp Roku TV from Best Buy. I'd never purchased an extended warranty before, but this time I did and now I'm glad. About a month before the warranty expired, pale streaks started showing up on my screen. I called Best Buy and they sent a technician out. The panel was going bad and they couldn't get a replacement, nor was the TV still offered. The technician gave me paperwork and told me to take it to my local store. Sure enough, they took care of me! I picked a new TV, paid just the difference in cost from the original, and a week later the new TV was delivered and the old one taken away. And yes, I bought the extended warranty for the new one.

Haven’t had to use it yet. Knowing I have the Geek Squad protection eases my mind as a senior citizen that they are there if needed

Jayden help me with a problem with an iPhone 14 and he was very nice super helpful explaining everything we needed and gave us all the options regarding the device. I ended up sending the phone back to apple and I got it the very next day and Jayden called me right away to let me know it was there. Definitely best service there!

If you buy a television from Best Buy trust me the Geek squad warranty is a must! You never know when something could go wrong and if you have this warranty you’ll be glad you did!

I have always purchased the Geek Squad protection, and Best Buy has promptly honored the service on my computers and TVs.

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

It's a warranty, but not one you should be weary of. Most protection plans have gotten a bad stigma over the years, but this Geek Squad protection plan has never let me down. Best Buy has also been helpful and resolved any product issues I've had due to this warranty. Protection covers numerous categories, so give yourself the peace of mind and pickup the added coverage, it costs essentially the same as a weeks worth coffeeshop trips but now you're TV is worryfree for 2 years.

TV got here safe and sound without any breaks in the display.

I haven’t needed to use the geek squad on this purchase yet. But the geek squad rocks they respond quickly and take care of your problems.

Our salesman was very helpful ! I knew what I wanted he pointed out a lot of the features on 75 inch TV. Was in and out of the store in record time .

I will not make a purchase at Best Buy for any major products without buying the protection plan. I have replaced a TV before and a refrigerator multiple times. One thing I like about the protection plan is they will come out to your home and repair your items but if it's going to cost too much to repair it there go ahead and give you a gift card or allow you to exchange it for something else. Just so happened this time I was able to exchange it for a cheaper refrigerator because it was Black Friday so I was able to use the extra money left over to purchase a TV. Do not purchase anything without buying a protection plan. There's nothing better than knowing that your items are going to be working for the next 5 years. In my opinion as many items that I purchased as you can see I'm Elite Plus, items are not made like they used to and without protection, i would be out of thousands of dollars.

Great service, my TV had issues with the network card and picture display. The representative helped me to resolve the issue immediately. Now recommend geek squad to everyone.

I have not had to use this time I bought the protection. It does however give me piece of mind. Another time I bought this protection and did have to use it and it was easy to have them take care of everything.

For the price of $20 which is $10 a year. It’s well worth having a warranty
