I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

Bought the TV in 2019. Power board failed and replaced in 2020. With warranty still left in 2024 the TV fails again and they tell me it possibly won’t be covered/will be junked. What’s the purpose of the warranty???

2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection incase I have software issues.

Have gotten geek squad protection in the past for a tv and just before it ran out, my tv started having issues. Best Buy could no longerfix the tv, but they made it right. Absolutely paid dividends

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. And I not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

The agent explained the extended warranty to us in a very easy to understand way, and we bought it because of that. Often this information is confusing. His presentation was not. Good job overall!

It was the day before thanksgiving and I turned my tv on and the screen was white. I had only owned it for 13 months. I unplugged it and tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. I looked up the number for geek squad and spoke with a really nice person. They replaced my tv for free I just had to repurchase the geek squad for my new tv because it wouldn’t transfer over.

This is good it’s like insurance for any appliances or technology you buy it’s to protect it in case of damage spills or something going wrong. It covers for the repairs and make it new again that’s so cool and helpful.

The performance is outstanding overall. The color rendering is flawless, and the motion interpolation works exceptionally well. I highly recommend this for a living room or bedroom with minimal windows or limited direct sunlight for the best viewing experience.

The employee was extremely helpful finding the TV that I had wanted also recommended a warranty that was slightly more expensive but gave more protection for the value ...So overall I am very satisfied thank you

Geek squad is there when you need them and hopefully we will never have a problem

I just got a 48" Lg B4 OLED TV. I decided to get the 5 year Geek Squad extended warranty, to just put my mind at ease. I thought that any repairs after the first year might be pretty expensive.

I mean its honestly worth the extra $60 i think it was. It covers alot the manufacturer warranty wouldn't.

Well .. now I have u big tv .. I hope never have to use squad service.. but .. if something happens.. they will take care

I always try to buy the insurance plan because you never know when you hide them.Will break down and the geek squad works for me

Hopefully won't need it but was relatively lower priced than other insurance. Can't take any chances nowadays with tech.
