Always buy the warranty for any device, especially brand new

Geek Squad service was fast totally fix my issue which was very important to me. He offer the membership to me which has saved me money important these days

Sounds like I'm an add but after I started getting these warranties I realized how amazing they really were. If something doesn't charge right they fix it/trade it in for a newer item, if you drop it they fix it/get you a new and or better one, even if you plug it into the wrong power brick and fry the device like I did to my old 3ds they'll let you trade it in for the new 3ds. No matter if it's a 50$ alexa that gets knocked off the table by your cat or a 1500$ tv that jumps off the wall they'll help and get you back up and running.

Got just in case, got it for a mid range priced TV.. Have had issues in past with Geek Squad protection plans (had to go to Corp to get it covered as store refused to honor it).. But in the end got the other product replaced. Was told that this would not be an issue this time but only time will tell. Worth it if you have the time to call Corp to make sure you are able to use it should the store refuse..

1000 % necessary on any and all devices through Best Buy always and I mean always under no circumstances could you ever go without purchasing one of these perfect warranties with zero deductible and from how it was explained to me hopefully Best Buy ensures everything from car home medical and life insurance soon your other Best Buy is to buy a bunch of Best Buy stock immediately no matter what the market looks like right now such as I've done last year it's just as good as Tesla and we'll get even better in the years to come

I purchased this tv over a year ago and absolutely love it. The picture quality is great! I love all the feature with how the UI is set up for all my streaming services. I love the simplicity of the remote.

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

We have always purchased coverage on electronics with Best Buy!! Always a great investment if something goes wrong!!

It's always good to be able to call someone in when things go wrong. The last time I had a TV just break with seemingly no fix, the technician spent almost a week trying to fix it before I was provided with a replacement. I have always purchased coverage any time I buy a TV from best buy because of that.

For the price of $20 which is $10 a year. It’s well worth having a warranty

I bought it because the price was very reasonable. Hopefully I'll never need it. The true test of how good it is will be if I ever try to use it.

THE INSTALLER WAS AWESOME. THEY GOT EVERYTHING HOOKED UP TO ONE REMOTE WHICH MAKES IT SO EASY TO USE. MY HUSBAND LOVES IT. THEY WERE POLITE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. GREAT JOB GUYS.

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.
