When I first purchased my Insignia 43-inch TV, I had to make a return because it was missing a part when packaged. But, moving forward I have been a fan of the brand.

This TV was easy to set up, picture is crystal clear, and the apps on the remote are great. I especially like the phone app for controls.

I had trouble with my TV. I called Best Buy, explained the issue. They checked my warentee information and imediatly staring discussing my options. I was brought a replacement TV all was done wighin a few days.

At some point they changed this so it doesn't cover as many things as it used to.

as a veteran of customer service in the repair sector, protection plans are something you should always invest in. one repair the warranty pays for itself and in some case if it qualifies under the T&C of the warranty will replace the unit if need be. this is always a wise investment for any item.

Geek squad is always professional and courteous. They come do the repair and give you recommendations on what to do if problems continue. However, they are usually spot on and resolve the problem.

I love the picture on this TV. Has a lot of customization options for viewing. I rate it as a 4 instead of 5 for only two reasons. 1.) The menu can be a little confusing as it is very involved when working with what device you are wanting to display on this and the sound options. 2.) It has an issue that causes me to have to play SOME content on the TV speakers rather than out through the sound bar system. This issue is only with SOME Netflix content. I've read up on it and apparently that is just the way it is. No fix as it isn't "broken" rather a protection scheme for some content.

Great picture, great features, it was worth the money, especially on black friday sale, love this TV.

I always get the 5yr protection its a good idea just in case

I purchased this for an Insignia TV based on the issues faced with my previous two TV purchases of "big name brands" that I did not get extra protection for. Thankfully, I did not require the services offered with this protection as the Insignia TV has outperformed the others, with no failures.

The agents of Geek Squad came to my home and connected all the wires and placed my tv in the place i told them. Also they were very responsible and respectful and had their PPE for protection, plus behavior was very professional.

Best Buy’s warranty program is the best! They are always willing to help and provide the best service.

Best money I've ever spent. Bought a tv in 2017 and the volume stopped working April 2022. They gave me a gift card for what I paid for it. No catches, hassle-free warranty plan!

This tv is honestly a great deal. The picture quality and colors are great. The Operating System is really intuitive and similar to LGs which is the best in my opinion. Has all of the features you would want. The OS could be a little faster but for the price i cannot complain.

The tv is amazing better than any other essential tv it has great 4k ultra hd quality the sound of the speakers is a lil off but other then tht. It is an amzing to have specially if you're on a budget

Would never buy a tv without the protection plan. 100% worth it it for piece of mind of failures.

Unless you want to lose money instead of getting the item repaired/replaced with store credit, I always recommend family and friends to get GSP. it's worth the extra bucks in the event of any issues the item you have develops.
