Geek Squad is a great value, if anything happens to go wrong with what you buy they will always fix it

This television was a great buy and had a wonderful value

It's like I said before the extended warranties are definitely worth purchasing I never purchased anything without a warranty and the customer service or geek squad is very very helpful

Best buy extended in home service is well worth the peace of mind in knowing you are not going to have to shell out the money to replace an expensive tv for whatever period you cover. I just replaced a dead Samsung tv, and Samsung repair man told me that I was lucky to get 5 yrs out of the tv, as it appears, 4 is about average. My guess is built in obsolescence, so if you plan to keep your tv for a while, buy this.

Excellent basic TV at an excellent price. It has the RCA inputs. Short power cord. Needed and extension cord for it. Liked it so much that I bought another one for another room.

The gentleman named Kalvin was very thorough about how it should be mounted, but unfortunately, the apartment manager said I cannot mount the TV.

One the best TV’s out there for the a great price. Bought it open box and basically it was brand new. Great purchase.

Not too thrilled about the way it works. To my understanding it does not cover accidental damage, which in the past this was available.

You would be a fool to not buy the Geek Squad warranty protection plan it has saved me lots time and money. I buy it for every big electronic item I purchase from Best Buy. I have had a couple TV's replaced under the protection plan that would have cost me $$$ without the protection plan instead it cost me nothing.

It’s so far so good beautiful picture I am so far satisfied just lost a lot of faith in manufacturers esp Samsung with their products so hopefully i can trust Samsung with their products tvs I am ok with but other products are horrible!!!

I always purchase the protection plans for everything I buy at Best Buy. It is something that you can't go wrong with, I encourage you to purchase the plans. Plans are a savings and won't have any problems if at any chance that you have to return a product. So recommend the purchase of the plans. Happy shopping!

Ok, so Geek Squad is fantastic when it comes to tech support and setup. I've had to use it for my Shokz headphones when they stopped working and Best Buys Geek Squad took great care of my needs for replacement.

Toshiba 32" 720p TV for kitchen use. Excellent TV for our kitchen use. Easy Amazon Fire setup built into the set. Great and deep sound, brilliant picture. Overall TV is superior to the one that I am replacing. Great to add an Amazon Echo dot (v3). Great choice and I am very satisfied!

I have upgraded from a 32" the picture on the 48" looks about the same just on a way bigger scale. Its amazing! The only thing keeping me from the 5th star is the Netflix. When I first turn on my TV and I try to open Netflix it always says "loading getting stuff together try again later" it gets aggravating.Takes ten to fifteen minutes to get "ready", then an extra five to finally open by then I could have had my laptop running with the hdmi. With my old TV netfilx opened within a few seconds. But all in all happy with it.
