I buy extended warranties because I don't want to deal with the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor, get the extended warranty and have peace of mind.

Purchased the Total Tech membership. Get free warranties all the time. Worth it.

With tech, you never know the possibility of an electrical component failing. I hope to never experience problems but if I do, I know that I am covered.

This is a great budget TV. We haven't had any issues with the TV itself. Some apps crash (about once or twice a month) but other than that it is a solid 1080p TV. We purchased ours for $300 and added the 5 geek squad warranty.

Having geek squad on my side for anything needed that comes is a good peace of mind

Haven’t had to use it yet. I’m coming up on my 30 day return time with no issues so far, but I have a little piece of mind just in case. Hopefully it was worth the money.
