I'm hoping that years down the road I will look back and say this was a well decided upon option that I never had to use. I like what all coverage this Geek Squad Protection offers beyond the manufactures warrantee. It wasn't a pressure sell item presented to me, but something I was interested in purchasing before ever making my TV puchase. As mentioned, I hope never to have to take Best Buy up on it, but it's pure peace of mind if I have to.

Geek squad is always the goat of all warranties. They always take care of any issues.

The geek squad technicians that came to my home to service my tv were very good. However, the customer service on the phone, scheduling (a 12 HOUR WINDOW) and the lack of follow through (being told someone will call me back or email me) from the escalation team and never hearing from anyone. And being told that there must be 3 SERVICE CALLS (not including diagnostic ones) in order for them to replace the broken tv) made this a very bad customer service experience.

Denise was very professional and knoedgeable about the claims process and made it very easy.

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

Love it always good to have a warranty for products protection

It is always good to get the protection plan on almost everything, some things have defects & what not. I bought a brand new tv had it a lil over a month & started to see red dots in several places called the geek squad they sent someone out & it had to be replaced, had i not had that protection plan i would have been on my own, at least get the two yrs if nothing else

Had problems with my SHARP TV Remote, THREE YEARS after TV purchase. Only ONE PHONE CALL, to GEEK SQUAD, and a Brand New Remote was at my Home in JUST A FEW DAYS! No Hassle + GREAT SERVICE! Super SUPPORT, 3 years AFTER TV PURCHASE! Thank You Very Much. GREAT JOB!

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

My old Samsung 4K 75-inch TV started having white spots in the display after 5 years of regular use. Thanks to this protection plan I was able to replace it with whatever's new out there, without needing to pay an arm and a leg and just paying the difference. This protection plan saved my life, I definitely recommend considering it!

Great service. They chose to replace my tv rather than fix. Got an upgraded tv at no additional cost. Team that brought the new tv to my home was very punctual and communicative through the process. Highly recommend

Get the warranty, it's worth it. So easy and quick! Thanks for the excellent costumer service! Called on a friday, for our tv malfunction, they replaced the very next day!

Geek squad is always excellent. I love shopping at Best Buy for their customer service.

The only reason I buy from bestbuy is because of the value of their warranty the techs are amazing when they come out and usually come out and fix items on their first try unless they have to order parts but if they can’t fix it they don’t play around they will get you into a new product to keep your life going!!!!!!

Luckily having purchased Sony i have not had to utilize my Geek Squad warranty.
